I need a hair styler who is able to dye and cut my hair at my own house in Indianapolis, any help?

The only thing I can suggest to you is that you call the salons in your area and ask. Tell them the circumstances why you cannot come to the shop to have your hair cut. If you get a negative response ask if they know of any one who will. I do not know about Indianapolis but in Florida you have to have a specialty licensed to do hair in a residence.
I have been a licensed, practicing cosmetologist for 37 years +.
