Well, I cut my hair about a few months ago and I used to get really bad headaches. My hair usually grows fast, but I will be starting high school in August of next year. I'm 13 and I want my hair to be waist-length when high school comes and my hair is a little past my shoulders. I am biracial and my beautician recommended hair vitamins and she's really good with my hair. I have been going to her since I was little but I haven't been having time to go and see her. So is it okay for a 13 year old to take hair vitamins?

It doesn't matter what age you are, hair vitamins aren't going to do anything for you. A reasonable diet provides all the vitamines you (and your hair) might need.
