is it ok when taking ultra nourish hair vitamins from gnc to smash them up to a powder and put them in a drink then take it? is it still effective this way? because the pills are way too big for me to swallow.

Since every pill/vitamin is different the best thing to do would be to call GNC told them what you purchased and ask them. That way you will get the right benefits out of the product. You may even be ablw to cut it in half that would make it easier to swallow.
