I have black hair, with blond streaks, what will happen if I buy a brown hair dye from a box? Will it tint the black at all?

Depends on the brand. Some brands are not strong enough to change the black. I suggest you use a mild hair bleach so the brown dye would work. But bleaching your hair is harmful.

ill recommend you not to do it. black is really hard to dye and it will come different types of brown. its better to get it done professionally. it cost more but it comes better
