Hi, I am planning on buying the product Nioxin Intensive Therapy Hair Vitamins, but before I buy it, I want to know if I'm in correct age group for taking it.
So if anyone has the product, can you tell me if it says you must be like 12 or older to take or does it say 20 or older, or anything like that.

Since people of all ages need vitamins, there is no specific age requirements. Most hair vitamins contain B vitamins, as well as minerals such as magnesium, zinc, copper, and other minerals which aid in healthy hair growth.
Since these vitamins and minerals can be found in some of the food you probably already eat, I don't see any harm in taking them no matter how old you are.
