I apologize for the gap in posting. Between RL projects and SL problems, I ended up taking a few days off, and so there were no outfit updates. And I do promise that, in the meantime, I wore more than just Paper Couture all day long...
I began this outfit with the jacket--from Paper Couture. I love the skirt-layer extension and the prim work on the jacket, although I chose to wear it without the poofy arms. I an effort to mix and match pieces and not just wear PC all the time, I wore the jacket with jeans and a shirt (actually the top to a dress) from two outfits by PixelDolls. I particularly like the shirt, which has just enough visual interest to add another layer of texture beneath the jacket.
The hair is from ETD, and is a shorter and more severe cut than my usual style, but suited the jacket. It is as always modded to hide my system ears and has been tinted a bit darker. The shoes are from Lassitude & Ennui, and are at a reduced price in her bargain basement. I've been sitting on them for a while, so it was wonderful to finally work them into an outfit. All in all, I loved this outfit--enough to wear it for about three days in my spotty time on the grid. (Granted, part of that was just fear of changing clothes... and having them disappear in the rez-time.) But now I shall move away from Paper Couture for a bit, I promise. ^^
