when things get tight (usually my shoulders and back) I do a bit of yoga. I don't know much, but this pose helps a lot.
I was really pleased to see how much more flexible I got when I started yoga. Unfortunately, I don't do it very often anymore. This little spot between the couch and my lounge is one of the few spots of clear ground in the apartment.
side note: look at the highlights in my hair! they're natural, and i had no idea they were that obvious! niiiiiice...
