I used almost-boiling water, which was probably a bad idea since this is probably nylon hair. I'm no expert in telling doll hair materials apart, but it feels exactly like the hair on my Lelia doll (Licca/Jenny clone). I probably should've been more careful, but since the hair was already a mess it's hard to tell what effect, if any, the hot water had.doll hair
