i mean the occupation. For example someone who sells and applies makeup would be a cosmetician. What would a person who sells and applies hair products and styling tools be?
also how would it be put on a business card?

A sales rep.
Every professional brand of hair products has sales representatives that visit salons to sell their products to them. So the retail products you see at a salon were either dropped off by a sales rep, or the salon purchased it at a professional beauty supply store.
