    for anyone interested, i just tried a version of the faux hawk with my hair (that is 2 feet long from the base of a high ponytail) and it looks pretty cool. i only did three sections, then i did vertical loops with each. 2 bobby pins per side, per loop. surprisingly secure. seems easy enough to do more to it, but i just got up and i don't care to do anything fancy with my still dirty hair ( ´ ▽ `;)

    overall easy hairstyle, you should try it whether your hair is long or short~
