my hair just feels flat nowadays and i see girls with hair that is really volumed and healthy shine. what products would anyone recommend (that are available in the uk) that could give my hair a boost?

I personally like to use Pantene and this silk therapy by Biosilk- it really makes your hair not only smell good but make it look shiny and luscious. I don't know what they sell in the UK, unfortunately, because I live in NY, so I'm sorry! But hopefully they sell the two in England!
