I'm not a frequent color changer, but I made the decision to change things up a little over a month ago and go get some caramel highlights in my naturally medium brown hair. I liked them, but I'm not so sure they're right for me. I like the more natural look, plus going for root touch ups so often can get expensive. So, how can I get back to my old color?

You can Get a Box of Hair Dye that Matches Your natural color and put it on all over. Your Highlights will look differnt than the rest unless You fill them first but I think it looks prettier with a little dimension to it.

ReplyDeleteTry a deep conditioner. Cholesterol is what I use. I had almost black hair still from dying it a few month before I started using the conditioner. Not with the intention on taking the dye out, I used the conditioner and my hair started getting lighter like my natural golden brown hair. I have a lot more red in my hair then I use to but my color change was far more drastic then yours. So it may work better for you
ReplyDeletedye your hair back to your natural brown color. im sure you would be better off getting it professionally done, if u do they will be able to match it way better than u could with a box color.
