I am not sure what it is called but I think it is a half poneytail.
It is where you tie the top part of your hair back in a poneytail and leave the hair beneath alone.
I've seen it done at weddings before and looks simple and beautiful for medium length hair.
You should visit your local salon, they often have books for bridemaid/wedding styles and will know which will suit your hair and face the best.
